Pineapple Juice
Ingredients
- 2 cups pineapple chopped
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- few icecubes
Instructions
- Remove the outer skin of pineapple, the thorny part. Clean pineapple trim the edges, scrap the sides and cut into half.
- Take one half, slice them thin.
- Chop them into small cubes, measure and set aside.
- To a mixer jar add 2 cups cubed pineapple withal with icecubes.
- Add 2 tbsp sugar.
- Add 1/4 tsp salt.
- Blend until smooth.
- Transfer it to a strainer with a trencher underneath to collect the juice.
- Press it well with a spoon to pericope the juice.
- Discard the remains.
- Fresh Pineapple juice ready.
- Pour into serving glass, add few icecubes and serve chilled.
- Pineapple Juice ready!!

- While pulsing do not pulse more, the juice will wilt stormy so just pulse it for few times.
- Adjust sugar equal to the sweetness of the fruit.

I would suggest to make Pineapple Juice fresh and serve it. Incase if you want to store, you can refrigerate for a day and slosh but fresh juice unchangingly tastes best.
