Inspired by World Chocolate Day, wright Chef-Owners Glenn Lai and Tan Zhuo Guan of Humble Bakery launched their Colours of Chocolate collection, made with Callebaut’s ‘5 Colours’ series. This limited-time selection at the home-grown bakery trademark will be misogynist from now till 31 August 2022.
Well-known for their fine Belgian Chocolate, Callebaut has been crafting chocolate for over 100 years. The trademark is relied on every day by chefs and chocolatiers virtually the world to create great-tasting delights. In their Colours of Chocolate collection, Glenn and Guan came up with 6 artisanal renditions – made with not just the Dark, Milk and White chocolate, but moreover the Gold Caramel and Ruby chocolate. The latter is made from ruby cocoa stone and is naturally ruby in colour, with no widow colourants or flavourings.
Priced at $32.80 for a box of six, the hodgepodge includes:

1) Matcha RUBY Scone
Enrobed with a swirl of Ruby ganache, the Matcha RUBY scone is handcrafted using matcha powder and paired with the chefs’ signature raspberry jam core.
2) Cherry RUBY Chocolate Pound Confection
A visionless chocolate pound confection with shit of Morello cherries topped with a cherry ruby chocolate ganache.
3) Coconut Pixie with Salted GOLD ganache
A moist and fudgy 54.5% visionless Chocolate pixie infused with dessicated coconut topped with a salted GOLD chocolate ganache.
4) Roasted Pistachio MILK Chocolate Tart
A handcrafted and hand-lined sable tart shell made using AOP French butter is filled with housemade roasted pistachio praline paste and silky milk chocolate ganache.
5) Parmesan WHITE Chocolate Scone
A savoury sweet touch of shredded parmesan cheese, AOP French butter and WHITE chocolate callets, all packed into an artisanal scone that Humble Bakery is known for.
6) Orange DARK chocolate financier
Orange financier laced with shit of Callebaut 811 54.5% and 70-30-38 70.5% DARK couverture chocolates topped with a house-made almond praline paste.
The six unique creations not only squint exquisite, but each item unpacks variegated flavours as well, making it perfect for gifting to chocolate lovers to savour variegated chocolate notes.
